Place the resin in a fine-mesh filter bag and then place it in the filter basket with a constant flow of water. Dark brown discoloration of the product indicates it’s wear . The packet should then be replaced or regenerated. Regeneration can be done with chlorine-containing bleach. Regeneration should be carried out in a 50% bleach solution for approx. 6 hours. After that, rinse the resin thoroughly and leave it in clean water for about 24 hours.
