Cookie Policy

1. About Cookies

Cookies are small files or similar technologies used to operate websites, remember preferences, secure accounts, and understand service use.

2. Categories

Necessary: required for core functions such as security, login, session management, consent preferences, and essential marketplace operation (WordPress, WooCommerce, and Dokan session/cart cookies). These cannot be switched off through the consent tool.

Functional: used for optional features and preferences. None beyond the necessary cookies above are currently in use.

Analytics: used to understand traffic and service performance. We do not currently use any analytics cookies – confirmed absent: Google Analytics, Meta/Facebook Pixel, and similar tools. This category will remain off until valid consent if it is ever introduced.

Performance: used to measure and improve technical performance where not strictly necessary. LiteSpeed Cache, our server-side caching software, may set a short-lived technical cookie to tell logged-in visitors apart from anonymous ones so cached pages display correctly – this is a performance mechanism, not a tracking cookie.

Advertisement: used for advertising or cross-site profiling. We do not use any advertising, retargeting, or cross-site tracking cookies. This category will remain off until valid consent if it is ever introduced.

3. Consent

Non-essential cookies are not set before valid consent. Our cookie banner lets you Accept All, Reject non-essential cookies, or Manage Preferences to review categories individually. Consent is freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous.

4. Categories With No Cookies to Display

A category may correctly show “No cookies to display” where no cookie in that category is currently active or detected – this is expected for our Analytics and Advertisement categories, since we do not use either. Necessary cookies are listed where our consent tool detects them.

5. Changing Your Cookie Preferences

You can reopen cookie preferences at any time via the “Consent Preferences” control, available on every page, and change or withdraw consent without needing to clear your browser’s cookies first. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred lawfully before withdrawal. Rejecting non-essential cookies does not break essential functions such as logging in, browsing, or using the cart. This behaviour is the same on desktop and mobile.

6. Third Parties

All fonts used on the Platform are hosted on our own server rather than loaded from Google – no font-related request is sent to Google. Our email marketing plugin (Hostinger Reach) is installed but deactivated – it is not collecting subscribers, sending campaigns, or setting any cookies. Third-party services may only set cookies in accordance with your selected preferences and applicable law.
