- break the law;
- harm or exploit animals;
- commit fraud;
- impersonate others;
- post false or misleading adverts;
- upload stolen or unauthorised images;
- advertise prohibited items – see our Banned Items / Prohibited Listings page;
- harass, threaten, or discriminate;
- send spam or distribute malware;
- phish for passwords or one-time codes;
- scrape or overload the service;
- evade moderation;
- manipulate reviews;
- create duplicate spam listings;
- misuse personal data;
- infringe intellectual-property rights;
- arrange animal fighting, baiting, or cruelty;
- sell unlawfully captured or protected wildlife;
- advertise illegal medicines, drugs, or dangerous goods;
- misrepresent trader status – see our Trader and Consumer Information page;
- direct users to deceptive payment or courier schemes.
The Aviary Hub may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, and report serious concerns to relevant authorities. See our Terms and Conditions for the full basis on which we take these actions.
