If you see a listing that concerns you — for animal welfare reasons, a suspected scam, a prohibited item, or a breach of our Banned Items policy — please let us know.

Every live-animal listing has a Report this advert option on the listing page itself. Open it, choose a reason, add details, and submit — this creates a record our team reviews, no email required.

If your concern isn’t about one specific advert — for example, a seller’s overall conduct, or a pattern you’ve noticed — please use our Report a Concern page instead.
