Aquatest Fe is used to measure the concentration of iron cations in the range of 0-1.5 mg / l. Iron is an important element for the good development of plants in the aquarium. The desired level of iron (Fe II) ions concentration in water is 0.2-0.5 mg / l. Higher concentrations can be harmful to fish, so check the content of this element regularly.
