Be honest, respectful, and welfare-focused.
Do:
- use accurate information in your account, profile, and listings;
- communicate politely with other users and with our team;
- protect your own and others’ privacy;
- report genuine concerns via our Report an Advert or Report a Concern pages;
- follow our category and listing rules;
- prioritise animal welfare in every decision.
Do not:
- harass, discriminate, or threaten other users;
- send spam;
- shame or publish private details about others (“doxing”);
- manipulate reviews or feedback;
- evade moderation;
- post graphic cruelty or content that promotes harm to animals;
- encourage or facilitate unlawful conduct.
These guidelines sit alongside our Acceptable Use Policy and Terms and Conditions, which set out what happens if they are breached.
