Hikari Plankton Middle is a semi-floating micro pellet diet designed for fry and young fish during a key growth stage. This “Middle Period Use” size is recommended for fry measuring approximately 8–20 mm in length, helping them transition from the smallest starter feeds to a slightly larger pellet without compromising growth. Each pellet is coated to help reduce dissolving, which can help minimise water quality issues common with many fry foods. The pellets slowly expand in water, making them easier for young fish to eat. The semi-floating format allows fry feeding access at different water levels while helping reduce waste.
