Oliver Knott NatureSoil Black is a natural active substrate for planted aquariums, shrimp tanks and aquascaping layouts. The black granules enhance the colours of plants, fish and shrimp, giving the aquarium an elegant and natural appearance. The substrate supports healthy root development, helps provide oxygen to plant roots and prevents the bottom layer from compacting too easily. It also helps maintain stable water conditions and naturally reduces water hardness (GH), making it suitable for species that prefer softer water. NatureSoil is very clean and does not require rinsing before use. It is suitable for long-term use without the need for regular substrate replacement.
