Product Safety Policy
Sellers must not offer unsafe, recalled, counterfeit, mislabelled, or otherwise non-compliant products – including pet food, supplements, veterinary products, and pet accessories.
Traders are responsible for:
- correct product identification;
- manufacturer/importer information, where required by law;
- accurate warnings and instructions;
- traceability of the product;
- cooperating with any recall;
- compliance with general product-safety law.
